We process them in parallel batches of 5 with a 250 ms gap between batches, so a full 50-domain check typically completes in 8-12 seconds depending on RDAP server response times. There's no limit on how many batches you can run sequentially — once one finishes, paste another 50 and go again.

Yes, 100% free with no signup required. We don't cap daily queries, don't require an account, and don't ask for an email address. The tool runs entirely in your browser — each domain lookup goes directly from your browser to the RDAP registry, so we don't even see your list. If you want to save results between sessions, use the CSV export button.

Availability mode only checks if each domain is registered or available (one HEAD-like request, fast). Full WHOIS mode pulls the complete RDAP record — registrar, dates, name servers, status codes, and registrant data when published. Privacy Audit mode also runs a per-field exposure analysis on the registrant data, classifying each field as public / masked / hidden and producing an overall verdict (protected / partial / exposed). Privacy mode is the slowest but the most informative.

RDAP (Registration Data Access Protocol) is the modern replacement for the legacy WHOIS protocol. It's HTTP-based, returns structured JSON, and is the IETF standard (RFC 7483) that all gTLD registries are required to support. We use rdap.org as a bootstrap registry — it redirects each lookup to the authoritative RDAP server for the TLD. This gives us 500+ TLD coverage without maintaining a separate WHOIS-server map, and the JSON response is far easier to parse than the free-text WHOIS output.

Two common causes. (1) The TLD has no RDAP server — a small number of ccTLDs (.bd, .tv, .cc, some others) don't publish RDAP. For these we fall back to a deterministic simulated result and tag it clearly as "Demo" so you know it's not real data. (2) The RDAP server doesn't send CORS headers, so your browser blocks the response — we automatically retry through CORS proxies (allorigins, corsproxy, thingproxy), but if all three are rate-limited or down, we fall back to simulation. Real-world success rate is ~96% for the 500+ RDAP-supporting TLDs.

The default list includes the 20 most popular TLDs (.com, .net, .org, .io, .dev, .app, .ai, .co, .info, .biz, .xyz, .online, .store, .tech, .shop, .me, .net.bd, .com.bd, .org.bd, .edu.bd). Once you've customized the list, click "Generate" and the expanded domain list appears in the result box. Click "Copy to bulk search box" to load it into the main search and click "Check All".

The CSV includes: Domain, Status (available / registered / private / exposed / partial / error), Verdict, Registrar, IANA ID, Created, Updated, Expires, Days to Expiry, Name Servers (pipe-separated), Privacy Service, Source (RDAP Live or Demo), Public Fields count, Masked Fields count, Hidden Fields count. The file is named bulk-search-export-<timestamp>.csv and opens cleanly in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any text editor.

Currently each domain links to its own registration page — click "Register" on any available row to start the checkout for that domain. We're working on a true bulk-cart feature where you can select multiple available domains and check them out in one transaction with one payment. For now, if you need to register 10+ at once, contact our support team with the list and we'll handle it manually with a single invoice.

No. The entire tool runs in your browser — the list never leaves your machine. Each RDAP lookup goes directly from your browser to the public RDAP registry (or its CORS proxy), not through SylhetHost servers. We don't log your queries, don't store your list, and don't track which domains you're researching. If you close the tab, the list is gone — export to CSV first if you want to keep it.

The .bd ccTLD (and its subdomains .com.bd, .net.bd, .org.bd, .edu.bd) does not publish an RDAP server. We try the BTCL WHOIS server, but it doesn't send CORS headers and has no JSON API, so browser-based lookups are unreliable. For .bd availability, we recommend cross-checking directly on the BTCL website at register.com.bd. For non-.bd TLDs, the availability verdict is authoritative — a 404 from RDAP means the domain is genuinely unregistered.

Yes. Set window.SYLTETHOST_BULK_API to a function that takes an array of domains and returns a Promise resolving to an array of result objects in our internal shape. The page will use your API instead of the built-in RDAP fetch. For production use we recommend running your own RDAP proxy server-side (the IANA bootstrap registry is at https://data.iana.org/rdap/dns.json) so you can cache results, enforce your own rate limits, and avoid CORS-proxy unreliability.
