Q: Why am I redirected to sync.sylhethost.com after login?

SylhetHost uses WHMCS as its billing and client management platform, hosted on the secure subdomain sync.sylhethost.com. After you log in, WHMCS sets an encrypted session cookie and redirects you to your client area dashboard. This is normal and expected.

Q: Can I use two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Yes. After logging in, go to Security Settings in your Client Area and enable Two-Factor Authentication using Google Authenticator, Authy, or any TOTP-compatible app. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account.

Q: Is my login information secure?

Yes. Your credentials are transmitted over a 256-bit SSL/TLS encrypted connection directly to our WHMCS server. SylhetHost never stores your password in plaintext — WHMCS uses bcrypt hashing. We also support 2FA, brute-force protection, and IP-based login throttling.

Q: I can't log in even though my password is correct. What should I do?

First, check that Caps Lock is off and that you are using the email address registered with SylhetHost (not your username). Clear your browser cookies for sync.sylhethost.com and try again. If the issue persists, click 'Forgot Password?' to reset, or open a support ticket and our team will assist you within 30 minutes.

Q: Do I need a separate account for the Client Area and for ordering hosting?

No. A single SylhetHost account works across ordering, billing, support tickets, and the Client Area. When you place your first order, your account is automatically created and you can use those same credentials to log in here.

How do I log in to my SylhetHost Client Area?

Enter the email address and password you used when registering your SylhetHost account on the login form above, then click "Sign In to Client Area". Your credentials are sent securely to our WHMCS billing system, and on success you will be redirected to your dashboard at sync.sylhethost.com/clientarea.php. The whole process typically takes less than two seconds.

The link is valid for 2 hours. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or open a support ticket.

SylhetHost uses WHMCS as its billing and client management platform, hosted on the secure subdomain sync.sylhethost.com. After you log in, WHMCS sets an encrypted session cookie on its own domain and redirects you to your client area dashboard. This is normal and expected — your session stays protected on the same domain as the billing system.

Can I use two-factor authentication (2FA)?

If you ordered as a guest in the past, contact support and we'll merge your guest orders into a full account.
