Managed WordPress hosting is purpose-built: the server (LiteSpeed) is configured for WordPress, caching (LSCache + Redis) is pre-tuned, core and plugin updates are automated, security rules target WordPress-specific attacks, and support staff are WordPress experts — not generalist sysadmins. You spend time on your business, not on server maintenance.
Managed WordPress plans are optimized for WordPress and include tools (staging, LSCache, WP-CLI, auto-updates) specific to it. While you technically can run other PHP apps on the same account, we recommend our regular Web Hosting or VPS plans for non-WordPress sites. If you need a mix, the Agency plan supports multiple sites with custom configurations.

There's no hard product or order limit, but stores with 50K+ products or 500+ daily orders should consider the Agency plan for dedicated resources.
Every plan includes LiteSpeed Enterprise server with the LSCache plugin pre-installed and tuned — this replaces the need for WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, or similar plugins. Business and Agency plans also include Redis object cache (for database query results and transients) and Memcached where applicable. You don't need to install or configure any caching plugin yourself; our defaults work for 95% of sites out of the box.
